  • I wonder...

At times, I wonder why God blesses others earlier and some later.  I have noticed that alot of things I have been praying for unceasingly for months I have seen other people getting those things instead of me.  God told me that I am in the right place where he wants me in my life (never a place you REALLy want to be is the place where God wants you to be-still I am content).  I am not a hater-these people definitely deserve it, and I praise God for his mighty hand in their situation.  But I feel a lil sad, b/c It has been about 8 months since I have been praying for certain blessing, only to see others getting showered with what I have been praying for, so it does hurt a lil, and makes you think "When is my time coming?" I am as desperate in this situation as the other person, actaully have been desperate longer than them.  It seems like God has me there to encourage people to get to a place where they can recieve the blessing. I am always right there from before the blessings to the result of them, and although I praise him, I wonder at times"When will my turn come?"
But I rebuke Satan! I will not become discouraged.  The righteous has never been forsaken, and I know God has not left me.   In due season God will  water on this LONG, dry season I have been in.
    In time....

well, your time is coming.  you have to ask yourself how long those people waiting for the good that they finally received.

When we have babies- we feed them the first time they cry.But as they mature- we make them wait for lunch-

God is maturing you- He is not SantaClaus with a bag of goodies- We think that we deserve more than the cross that Christ already gave us-

God is entrusting you with waiting- the hardest room for every Christian. HE wants your character to grow- that is why he makes you wait. I have lived through many diseases and many waiting rooms- all this to prepare me for the hardes leap of all - the leap to heaven...

Let God hold you- in the waiting room- you will be stronger ... later.. and no longer a baby...

First off, love the glasses! I've been searching for years for fashionable glasses...the ones I like always slide down the bridge of my nose.

Second, you are a beautiful person inside and out. The spirit of God moves so clearly and strongly in you. I love your energy, the way you unabashedly praise God, and just the way you express yourself! Believe me, I know what it's like to be left behind in blessings so to speak, while encouraging and helping those around me. I think too, when is my time? I work and study, but I haven't had any real career breakthroughs. I've met so many people, and yet I have to find the right person for me. It gets frustrating, especially when you give the people around you hope and faith, and you wonder if there is any left for yourself. Satan, although I like to call it the ego (that voice of doubt and fear in the mind), will tell me to give up and forsake my faith in God, in the goodness of life, the promise of the journey, but this is when I know that I have to keep walking, thanking God for everything I do have, while expecting the best to come...we'll get there some day, GRLLL!!!

One thing have I asked of the Lord,
    that will I seek after:
that I may dwell in the house of the Lord
all the days of my life,
to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord
and to inquire [1] in his temple.

The most wonderful blessing we can ask for..........

Be not weary in doing well.  God will reward you, both in this life and the next.  I have known and still know the pain of yearning for certain answers from God.  I pray that you will be able to endure your waiting period.

@mariewulfing@xanga - Thanks, bu I will not question my maturity on the midst of a vent.  There is a time-whether mature or not- that every Christian at times get in a pity mode one time or another.  I KNOW God's got AWESOME things in store, but there are also times when I am not going to be completely CHEERIO everyday, and at times get crazy minded, which sucks, but everything is meant to happen anyways.  I'm back on track.
@quest4god - Wow. U always know the right things to say. Thank you Lord ;)
@AshleyKnows@xanga - Wow! Thanks GiRL!!!!! Yes, We will Get the reward, but what God wants is that we be grateful, and glad in all things and every situation., and TRULy serve for God, and not ourselves, so as long as were serving from the HeArT then all thats his is ours (peace of mind, body, and spirit).  Thank you so much!! Praise God! :D
@TheBigShowAtUD@xanga - Thanks, Big Show! I totally receive that. Nice Pic.
